I prefer to meet with the couple before the wedding whenever possible. If schedules do not permit this, we can have a session on Skype to discuss details and your personal tastes, must-haves etc. is essential to ensure the best coverage of your day. It’s always easier to toss around ideas this way.

Once your big day is over, I will edit, colour correct and if necessary retouch the photos. Depending on your tastes, I may add colour or black and white treatments to some of the photos. I will put them onto a USB flash drive as well as make them available on line (for one year following delivery) for downloads or printing by you or your guests.

The photos I deliver are in high quality .jpg format and are released for your unlimited personal use. The final “reportage” will be available 4-8 weeks after your wedding, though often I can post “sneak previews” of key moments prior to that for you to share on social media.

My rates are not only based on “per hour” photography reporting, but also the fact that after the event I will spend between 8-24 hours editing and adjusting your images (depending on the size of the event and number of parts covered).

Typically we’ll shoot thousands of images during your wedding, of which 200-1000 may be in the final delivery. Each image is adjusted individually using top quality photographic software, and is backed up on 3 hard drives for at least one year after your wedding.

We recommend that you make copies of your photos and never give your “only” copy of the shots to a lab for a photo book. We also strongly recommend you make two additional backups of your photos on a hard drive and one or more DVDs.  Over time any physical media can deteriorate.

When ordering prints from labs, choose high quality and “archival” photo paper whenever possible for the photos you cherish the most.

A Taste for Adventure

Photographic coverage of your adventure wedding.

Are you bored by tradition ? Do you share a passion for a certain sport or love for an inaccessible place and want to celebrate your marriage in a way that fits your spirit ? We are happy to offer coverage of your alternative wedding for as much or as little of the day as you like.  I have experience in back country skiing, trail running, hiking, mountaineering and rock climbing and am happy parasailing (assuming someone else is piloting!) so can accompany you on many types of alternate wedding adventures ! (See my portfolio of summer and winter adventures).

Prices starting from €790 TTC for a half a day coverage “off the beaten paths”. (Guide fees, travel fees, rental of any special safety or sports equipment required by the photographer is not included in this price, and shall be covered by the bride and groom). These weddings must include a face to face meeting to discuss details.

Trash the Dress / Suit

This is a post-wedding couples or bride session – doing the kind of risky and really fun shots you would never dare to do the day of your wedding lest the dress become sullied. Do you want photos of yourself riding a horse with your veil blowing out behind you ? Fancy skiing or boarding in your wedding dress ? Dream about taking your dress hiking up a mountain top with your husband for incredible views, lie down together in a field of wild flowers or really “take the plunge” into a lake ? Hang out with your dogs, strike a pose on a vintage car or motorcycle ?

You don’t have to actually “trash” your dress (ending up in a lake or pool of water can be a fun end to the shoot – but this doesn’t necessarily mean the end of the dress !!)  – the idea is simply to have fun and be free in a photo shoot while looking just as gorgeous as you did on your wedding day. You can even use a wedding dress that you find at a vintage shop if you don’t want to use your original wedding dress.

This is a great way for couples to celebrate your first, fifth or even twentieth anniversary together !
Priced starting from 150€ for a 90 minute session.

Why use a professional for your wedding photography ?

When the cake has been eaten, the champagne is gone and the wedding dress has been worn, one thing remains forever after the wedding (besides your love, of course): the photos.

The moments you chose to have photographed by a professional photographer are what you will be able to share with your children and future generations, to look back upon with no regrets.

You may also have relatives who are great photographers – but do you prefer they are free to relax and enjoy the day with you, or to cover your wedding (because doing both well is simply not possible) ?

You may also want to think about what kind of camera gear will be used
