Off to Verbier and the PDG

I am leaving at 2:30 am to go and photograph the Patrouille des Glaciers ski mountaineering race. The race goes from Zermat via Arolla to Verbier in teams of 3. There are several teams with friends of mine racing, two are women’s teams. Only hitch is that high winds are forecast – so hoping the lifts will be opened as planned at 4am in Verbier ! Fingers crossed …
